In the workflow library, create a simple Scrum workflow.

DEEP DIVE
•An Inventory Board helps keep track on the
availability of an item and signals when it is
time to reorder/remanufacture raw
materials/item.

•When an item is in low stock, the item will
be moved from “in warehouse” to “low in
stock” where the person in charge would
reorder the item and move the item to
“ordered” upon completion and ”arrived”
when the item is awaiting to be logged.

In the workflow library, create a simple Scrum workflow.
🤿
DEEP DIVE
••This workflow tracks all the invoices and needed to be paid for each item ordered.

•The invoices are then linked to the inventory Kanban workflow based on items.

•Total invoice amount can be viewed per stage to have a quick look on the total costs paid.
STEP #2
Connect Kanban workflow to a general Group with your entire team, or a Group where it is most relevant.

🤿
DEEP DIVE
You can connect this Inventory board to a team managing the Inventory for production as well as a finance team who would assign a price quotation on an invoice in Finance Management workflow linked to the item ordered.
STEP #3
Get notified whenever an activity occurs i.e. new Features/Bugs, new assignees, new attachments, task completions, etc. Give reactions, start conversation threads & use the latest information to fuel discussions.
🤿
DEEP DIVE
Automatically convert tasks which arise during conversation into a task in the scrum board by using our “convert to card” feature.
STEP #4
Click view details to learn more about a task or click View Workflow to get a bird’s eye view of what everyone is doing.
