In the Workflow Library, Create a simple kanban workflow.
1.Connect Kanban workflow to a general Group with your entire team, or a Group where it is most relevant.
Kanban boards are simple project management tools that help visualize progress & workload. Each component is a task, which moves through stages starting from Backlog (where all unfinished tasks are stored), to Doing, to Verifying when a peer/manager verifies completion, to being completed in Done.
A common rule when managing workload is to limit the number of tasks in doing to 5 per person.
There are 2 ways to set up these general todo lists:
A combined todo list with everyone in the company – this works well for smaller organizations with high transparency & collaboration between teams.
A todo list for each department – Better for bigger organizations with completely different functions for each department.
1.Get notified whenever an activity occurs i.e. new tasks, new assignees, new attachments, task completions, etc. Give reactions, start conversation threads & use the latest information to fuel discussions.
