🤼 TEAMS HELPED
In the workflow library, create a simple Issue workflow.
An issue board shows you what issues your team is working on, who is assigned to each, and where in the workflow those issues are.
In Issue management workflow, each problem raised is written as a task with priorities assigned and when a member decide to fix the engine/issue, they would move it to the Taking action column and assign its due date.
Connect Kanban workflow to a general Group with your entire team, or a Group where it is most relevant.
There are 2 ways to set up these Issue Workflow team:
•A combined team with the end user and engineer – this works well for smaller organizations where the team using the machinery could raise the issue and test it when the engineer have moved the issue from found to solved.
•A separate group for each department Better for bigger organizations with completely different teams for different types of machinery.
•No matter which setup you choose, you can create an additional layer of control by separating between admins (super users that can view all tasks) and members (can only view their own tasks).
Get notified whenever an activity occurs i.e. new issues, new assignees, new attachments, task completions, etc. Give reactions, start conversation threads & use the latest information to fuel discussions.
Automatically convert tasks which arise during conversation into a task in the issue board by using our “convert to card” feature.
Click view details to learn more about a task or click View Workflow to get a bird’s eye view of what everyone is doing.
