Add core & functional competencies that you would like to keep track of.
Core competencies are general values that you want everyone in your organization to have, while functional competencies are specific technical skills that are important for a role.
Praise/feedback can be accumulated to increase the number of data points available during performance appraisals, helping managers make more objective decisions.
Create a Group called HR-Praise or HR-Feedback (or do it directly in existing Groups), & use the /praise command or from the + button in the mobile app
Send to multiple people, pick a relevant value or competency, Add GIFs or attach files to spice things up! Give reactions & watch others give reactions to the praise you just sent
Synergo’s Praise feature allows you to send both positive and negative feedback by selecting which emoji describes how you feel about the person’s work (Don’t worry, negative feedback is always anonymous & sent only to the person & their manager).
When giving feedback, remember to always be specific, kind & deliver it in a timely manner (if you delay, it might not be relevant anymore).
