In the Workflow Library, Create a sales pipeline workflow.
The pipeline example shown has 3 stages, starting from Cold Leads as the first stage & each account moves across to Meetings, ending in either Deals Won/Lost.
However, you can customize this workflow according to your own pipeline stages to accomodate for your organization's unique process.
Connect this Sales Pipeline Workflow with your Sales or Business Development Group with the /board command or with the + button.
Get notified whenever an activity occurs in the pipeline e.g. when a deal size gets updated, accounts get moved through the pipeline, new document attachments, etc. Give reactions, start conversation threads & use the latest information to fuel discussions.
Click on "View Details" and Update any fields necessary (permission required) to keep your CRM Accounts fresh without leaving Chat.
